The first session is approximately an hour and one half. Tailoring a proper treatment plan to meet the needs of each individual is the overall goal of NMT, therefore, the length of the sessions may vary.

Receiving therapy in a short period of time will "rock your world" for the better. Instead of going and finding the therapists, let us come to you.
